Paul F. Antoniazzi

Director & Project Management

A former senior project manager of North America for Lac Minerals Ltd.(now Barrick Gold Corp.) Mr. Antoniazzi was also senior project officer for the 8 million ounce Au, Hemlo, Canada, Page-Williams Mine and a 3,500 tpd mill. Mr. Antoniazzi has also acted as a senior project consultant to Golder Paste Technologies an International mining and environmental engineering group. He serves as a member of the Company's Audit Committee.

Mr. Samuda has extensive experience and training in the field of information and computer technology, and has advanced knowledge of business financial software. He serves as an independent member of the Company's Audit Committee.

Ms. Sandra Wong, CGA

CFO

Ms. Wong holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree in marketing from the University of British Columbia and obtained her Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation in 1999. Ms. Wong has over ten years of working experience with several TSX-Venture Exchange listed companies in the area of financial reporting and company management.
