Ms. Wong has over ten years of working experience with several TSX-Venture Exchange listed companies in the area of financial reporting and company management. Paul A. Antoniazzi, DIRECTORA former senior project manager of North America for Lac Minerals Ltd.(now Barrick Gold Corp.) Mr. Antoniazzi was also senior project officer for the 8 million ounce Au, Hemlo, Canada, Page-Williams Mine and a 3,500 tpd mill. Mr. Antoniazzi has also acted as a senior project consultant to Golder Paste Technologies an International mining and environmental engineering group.
